Braveheart Men’s Circle

Many of us were never taught how to be with our emotions, communicate honestly, receive support, or build meaningful relationships with other men. This circle exists to practice those skills together.

This is a place to bring whatever is true for you – grief, joy, fear, uncertainty, celebration, or play. You are not expected to have it all figured out. You are invited to show up authentically, listen openly, share what is real, and meet others with curiosity and care.

Please note: This is a free, open event, and anyone can join, but folks must arrive on time. We’re unable to admit anyone after 7:10pm while we go over agreements to hold a safe space for each other.
