What is a Capital Campaign?
This is a way for Co-ops to raise funds for all sorts of projects. Contributions are made, Wheatsville is able to grow, and we all reap the benefits!
Why are we doing it?
We are raising funds in order to improve our co-op and better serve our community! By doing this instead of a bank loan, the money stays in the community. We would rather YOU receive the benefits than a bank.
How will it benefit you?
Your contribution helps our community grow! You will receive annual dividends and your contribution is redeemable at face value in the future.

A Shining Example of Success!
River Valley Co-op in Western Massachusetts, is the perfect example of a capital campaign success story! In 2018, they launched a capital campaign that raised a whoppin’ 5.2 million dollars. With this impressive feat, they were able to open another location and provide tons of jobs and products to their community!
