Each year, we assist many local nonprofit organizations, schools and community groups working to make Austin a better place to live and work. It’s easier than ever to request a donation for your nonprofit organization with our online form below.

If we are able to fund your donation request, we will email you back. If you do not hear back from us at least one week before your event, we are unable to fund your request. Please feel free to renew your request for another date or time.

TO REQUEST A DONATION:

  • Fill in the form below as completely as possible.
  • Submit your request at least 4 weeks in advance of your event.
  • Requests made after the deadline will not be considered.
  • Phone calls or drop-in visits regarding donations cannot be accepted.
  • Incomplete forms will not be considered.

You may only submit a request to one store, any duplicate requests will be removed.
Please note that donations cannot exceed $100 and are made at Wheatsville's discretion and subject to availability.
