Cooking Directions for Bulk Pasta

Garlic and Parsley Angelhair Pasta
Heat 4 quarts water to rapid boil. Stir in a lb. pasta and boil uncovered for 2 minutes. Remove pot from heat, cover, and let stand for 10 minutes (or longer). This method requires less energy and attention than the traditional method.

Vegetable Bowties
Add 1 lb. pasta to 4 quarts boiling water. Stir and cook 7-8 minutes until tender.

Semolina Elbows
Heat 4 quarts water to rapid boil. Stir in 1 lb. pasta and cook uncovered for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not overcook. Drain thoroughly and serve with your choice of sauces and seasonings.

Whole Wheat Elbows
Bring 4-5 quarts of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large saucepot. Stir in pasta. Return to a boil and cook uncovered for 7 minutes, until tender. Drain and rinse.

Spinach Fettuccini
Bring 4-5 quarts of water to a boil in a large saucepot. Stir in pasta. Return to a boil and cook uncovered for 8 minutes, until tender. Drain and rinse.

Israeli Couscous
Add 1 cup Israeli couscous to 1-1/4 cups boiling water. Cover pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Orzo
Bring 4-5 quarts of water to a boil in a large saucepot. Stir in pasta. Return to a boil and cook uncovered for 4 minutes, until tender. Drain and rinse.

Wheat-Free Pagoda Gardens Pasta
Add 1 lb. pasta to 7 cups boiling water. Stir and cook 4-6 minutes until tender. Drain and serve with sauce.

Organic Penne

Organic Rigatoni
Heat 4 qts water to boil. Stir in 1 lb. pasta and boil for 2 min. Remove pot from heat, cover, and let stand for 10 min.

Add 1 lb. pasta to 4 quarts boiling water. Stir and cook 7-8 minutes until tender. Drain and serve with your choice of sauce and cheese.

Organic Soba
Add to boiling water. Simmer uncovered for 6 to 8 minutes, be careful not to overcook. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add to a broth made of natural soy sauce, komba, and your favorite seasonings-the most popular way of eating pasta in Japan.

Texas Twists
Add 1 lb. pasta to 4 quarts boiling water. Stir and cook 7-8 minutes until tender. Drain and serve with your choice of sauce and cheese.
