nights and weekends.
Starting pay: $8.00-$10.00. Reports to Stocking
Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to prioritize stocking
tasks
- Well-organized, pays attention to
detail.
- Experience with customer
service
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple
demands.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual attendance.
- Great communication skills, customer
service ability and a positive solutions-based
attitude
- Familiarity with natural foods.
- Knowledge of trends in natural foods
industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service
- Provide prompt, friendly customer service
in the store and on the phone.
- Help customers place special orders and
ensure that orders are filled as soon as possible.
- Offer samples and recipe suggestions, as
appropriate.
- Explain ownership policies and
benefits.
- Record special orders and ensure that order
forms are delivered to buyer
Stocking Groceries
- Stock groceries efficiently and
correctly.
- Clean shelves and fixtures as assigned by
the Stocking Supervisor.
- Maintain organized and consolidated grocery
back stock.
